Returns & Refund Policy
No payments are processed at this time.
This policy explains, in general terms, how returns, refunds, and cancellations would be handled once care enrollment opens. It is a draft for review: nothing is sold through this website today, and the final terms will be confirmed by legal counsel before any purchase is accepted.
Why prescription products are final
Safety comes first. Prescription medications, once dispensed by a pharmacy, cannot be returned, reused, or resold under federal and state regulations. Because of this, sales of dispensed prescription products are expected to be final, with no returns or refunds once the pharmacy has processed an order.
Non-prescription items, if any are offered, may be handled differently. Those terms will be stated on the applicable product page before purchase.
New orders
Cancellation is never guaranteed once an order has been placed. If cancellation becomes available, requests would be submitted through your account or our contact page.
- If an order is successfully canceled after payment but before your prescription is sent to a healthcare provider or pharmacy, a refund minus any administrative cancellation fee would be issued. The fee amount will be confirmed in the final version of this policy.
- If the pharmacy has already processed your prescription, no refund would be issued and the order remains your responsibility.
- If a provider determines you are not medically eligible for a prescribed product, the product payment would be refunded in full. Any separate medical review or assessment fee may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription renewals
Subscriptions would renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. To make sure a cancellation takes effect before a renewal, you would need to cancel at least forty-eight (48) hours before that date — requests submitted later would not take effect until the following subscription period.
Cancellation would be available through your account. Each product may carry its own subscription length, which would be shown on the applicable product page before purchase.
Non-refundable prescription products
Once a prescription has been processed by the pharmacy, no refund would be issued for any reason — including side effects, adverse reactions, a provider recommending that you stop treatment, or a change in your health status. This reflects regulations that apply to dispensed prescription medications.
If you experience symptoms or concerns, you would contact your provider directly through the care platform. For medical emergencies, seek immediate in-person care or call 911.
Canceling during a subscription cycle
Some programs may require a minimum subscription commitment, such as an initial multi-month period. Whether paid in full or in installments, you would remain responsible for the full cost of that minimum commitment period.
To avoid being billed for the next cycle, you would need to cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date at the end of your current cycle. Canceling partway through a cycle would not remove your responsibility for that cycle, and if you pay in installments, cancellation would not cancel the remaining installments for the active term.
If a subscription is not canceled before its renewal date, it would renew automatically for another period at the applicable price.
Presale and introductory offers
When enrollment opens, presale or introductory pricing may be offered. Presale orders would be charged at the time of order and fulfilled in the order received, shipping within the timeframe stated at checkout.
Presale pricing would generally remain valid only while the related subscription stays continuously active; a canceled, paused, or lapsed subscription would return future purchases to then-current pricing. Introductory discounts would apply to the first order only, with later orders billed at standard pricing, unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
Payment plan adjustments
If payment plans or financing options are introduced, the process for switching between them — including any deadlines or fees — will be described in the final version of this policy and in the applicable payment plan terms.
